The Paris Paradigm

Value first.
Evidence throughout.

A buyer-focused framework for discussing value, comparing representation and documenting agreed financial benefits.

  1. 01

    Start with the target property

The buyer identifies a property and their priorities. A listing URL or asking price is a starting point for research, not proof of market value.

  2. 02

    Compare professional proposals

Review professional profiles, the proposed HEV and the independently negotiated property-specific Inverse Commission rate. Discuss the options before selecting representation.

  3. 03

    Confirm the agreement

The selected proposal establishes the HEV and rate for that property. Applicable agency disclosures, signed brokerage documents and local requirements control the transaction.

  4. 04

    Negotiate and document

The professional works on the buyer’s behalf through closing. Eligible financial benefits are recorded with supporting evidence in the GAP ledger; do not count the same benefit twice.

  5. 05

    Review the final calculation

The Inverse Commission calculation uses the agreed rate and documented GAP, subject to the signed agreement. If there is no positive GAP, no Inverse Commission fee is earned.

HEV is not asking price.

HEV means Highest Estimated Value: the professional’s market-value opinion used as the price-savings benchmark. It is not a guaranteed sale price or a substitute for an appraisal.

No standard rate.

Each rate is independently negotiated for the specific property. The program ceiling is not a standard or recommended rate. Savings and outcomes are never guaranteed.
